Hyde Plus is the community and economic regeneration arm of The Hyde Group.

We work to improve the quality of life, and life chances, of Hyde residents. We do this by supporting and providing activities and programmes that seek to make a difference, for individuals and for neighbourhoods.

Much of the work we deliver is through partnership, with voluntary and community groups, as well as local authorities, education, employment and health providers. Most importantly, the work we do is developed in partnership with residents to understand their priorities and facilitate ways of fulfilling these.

Hyde plays a significant role in creating thriving, high quality neighbourhoods. The addition of our Hyde Plus specialism alongside our development and management role delivers an approach that ensures that we address the wider issues that make neighbourhoods work successfully. Our experience here is relevant both to the regeneration of existing neighbourhoods and in the creation of new mixed tenure communities.

Throughout our work we maintain a focus on the themes of children, young people and families, financial inclusion and pathways to employment. These issues consistently appear as the priorities within our communities.
